Pictures or no pictures?

President Obama’s former White House Press secretary fielded questions and concerns a few years ago about the no-photo policy during a heated exchange in the press room. Check out the YouTube video below from this and complete the questions that follow.

1.  To what degree should the president be able to govern how/when the press takes photos?

2. How would you characterize the reporters’ questions and level of concern?  Why are they impassioned about this?

3. Does the policy violate the First Amendment?
